Diary sub-note: Vernal Equinox
1727. Sir Isaac Newton died

Had last dancing in this school. All the staff came to watch & so did Mrs Fanshawe & the 3rd form & Muriel’s Aunt. I had a dance with Julie & two with Miss Roberts. I didn’t skip.
